On the contrary of what people may think, the true meaning of joy is that it’s a choice, not a feeling. Joy is a strength, not just for the heart but for the soul.
Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks, and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.

The true meanning of joy is looking for the light in the midst of the darkness and focussing on just that.
Joy is a lifestyle. It’s choosing to celebrate, no matter what life looks like.
