This post is about the summer essentials that I’ll be using in 2023!
This summer I wanted to make sure that I’m ready for everything! So I made a list of summer essentials that you REALLY NEED to have to get through this summer.
Why Summer essentials?
I’ve always been someone who’d go with the flow, but over the years I’ve become someone who likes to be prepared for everything that comes my way. After years of having minor inconveniences mess with my perfect summer days, I decided to put together my essentials that go everywhere with me. It’s the best way to make the most out of my summer!
1. Sunglasses
Honestly, I underestimated the power of sunglasses haha. Not only are they protecting me from the sun, they also look extremely good while doing it.
I got mine from the H&M.
2. A fan
Honestly, I wouldn’t be able to get through the heat waves without one. I have an attic bedroom and during the summer months the temperatures can get unbarable and annoying. That’s why I got myself a tower fan. It doesn’t take up too much space, yet it blows hard.
I also have a small desk fan from Hema.
A paper fan is handy for on-the-go.
Sandals
For those hot days when everything else is too hot, I got slippers.
Sunscreen
Honestly, I am still in the process of finding the right sunscreen that doesn’t leave me looking ashy, but I had to include sunscreen in this summer’s essentials! Protect your skin from the sun this summer!
Comfortable shorts
There’s nothing better than some comfortable shorts for the beach days and when working in the garden, I got mine from C&A.
A hat
A summer hat is a hidden gem in this day and age tbh.
Water bottle
With this heat, it’s so important to stay hydrated! Usually during the summer, I tend to forget to drink most, because I’ll always busy outside. When I bought my water bottle, I usually carry it around with me and I try to refill it at least twice a day!
Travel planner
Not gonna lie, my vacations are always chaotic when I don’t use a planner, that’s why I created the ideal planner to give me an overview of the things I want to do while on vacation!
Jewellery
Honestly, I wouldn’t be able to survive this summer without my favorite jewellery pieces! This summer I’ve been wearing my Ari necklace and Deborah earrings a lot! Of course, I combine them with my Jael earrings!
