Hey you!
I hope you’ve been well? This post will be about putting words into action.
How are you going to put your words into action? So you know the answer right? How are you going to teach yourself the discipline to do the work? How are you going to achieve it?
The vision is there, but you’ve been struggling with wanting thigs but not acting towards them.
Putting words into action meaning
The meaning of putting words into action is start doing what you said you were going to do.
The acknowledgement
Before being able to put your words into action you have to know what you want.
You have to know where you want to be, know how far you want to go! Now, just start walking towards it. If walking is too hard, then crawl. Crawl until you learn to walk, walk until you’re strong enough to jog and jog until you’ve built up enough stamina to run!
If you don’t yet know how to find what it is you want, definitely check out my post about how to find purpose.
You know you want to do it, so you either go for it or you don’t.
You must be thinking, there’s so many things holding me back. The only thing holding you back is YOU! Because you can do anything through Christ who strengthens you and you know it takes sacrifice of other things to get where you want to get. When you think about the things you need to sacrifice for your goals, are they really that important? Are they really that nice? Are they really that fulfilling? You know they’re not!! The high you get of it, disappears after just a short time and the only thing left is emptiness, regret, sadness or absolutely nothing. It truly doesn’t fulfil you as you want it to. It’s not worth it.
“Blessed is she who believed that the Lord would fulfill His promises to her.”
~ Luke 1:45
Habits, habits, habits
The fastest way to put words into action is by creating a plan in which you break down everything into small tasks. Create mini goals over time that can help you work towards your main goal.
Out of the tasks that you have written down, try to create little habits that you can track over the course of a couple of weeks. The fastest way to track this is by using a habit tracker. You can create a habit tracker in your vision journal.
While doing this, it’s important to be intentional with everything that you do.
